Welcome to trykoanna.com (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and your purchase of products from Koanna.

Koanna is a brand operated by 10th Dan Solutions BV. In these Terms, “Koanna,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to 10th Dan Solutions BV.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use this Site and purchase our products.

By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

2. Products, Pricing, and Availability

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Applicable sales taxes may be calculated and added at checkout based on your order and shipping destination.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and other information displayed on the Site are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical, pricing, technical, or system error, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or refuse the affected order. If you have already been charged for an order that we cancel, we will refund the applicable amount.

Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or modify or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart.

An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of product unavailability, pricing or description errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment providers to process the applicable charges.

Payments processed through third-party providers may also be subject to those providers’ terms and privacy policies.

If a payment is declined, reversed, or otherwise unsuccessful, we may cancel the related order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping methods, estimated handling and delivery times, shipping charges, and other delivery information are provided on our Shipping Policy and, where applicable, during checkout.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, including delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, severe weather, or other external circumstances.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and contains the complete conditions applicable to returns and refunds.

30-Day Standard Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

For a standard return, products must be unused beyond reasonable inspection, in resale-ready condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

For non-defective standard returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

30-Day Risk-Free Trial

Certain products include a 30-day risk-free trial, allowing you to use and try the eligible product and return it if it does not meet your needs.

Eligibility and specific conditions are stated on the applicable product page.

The trial applies to only one unit of the same product.

Hygiene Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that are sealed in plastic or carry a hygiene label must be returned unused and unopened, with the seal or label intact. Once the seal or label has been broken or removed, the product is not eligible for return, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us promptly.

We will address eligible claims in accordance with applicable warranty and consumer protection requirements. We cover reasonable return shipping costs for products confirmed to be defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly shipped.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Please allow 7–10 business days for us to process a return after it arrives at our returns center. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

7. Health and Safety

Koanna products are wellness and personal-care products and should always be used according to the instructions, warnings, and safety information supplied with the applicable product.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular product, our products and the information provided on this Site are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, take medication, have photosensitivity or an eye condition, or have concerns about whether a product is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim arising from your purchase of a product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some states or jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so some of these provisions may not apply to you.

10. Proper Use of Products

You are responsible for using our products in accordance with the instructions, warnings, intended uses, and other documentation provided with them.

We are not responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for damage or injury resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, failure to follow product instructions, or use contrary to applicable warnings.

This includes, where applicable, the Koanna, LumaBoot™, Luma1000™, and Luma300™ names and marks.

12. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, testimonial, or other content to us or through the Site, you represent that you have the right to submit that content and that it does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person.

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute that content in connection with our business and marketing activities, subject to applicable law.

13. Promotional Codes and Vouchers

Promotional codes, discount codes, and vouchers may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, they may be limited to certain products or promotional periods, may not be combined with other promotions, have no cash value, and must be redeemed before checkout is completed.

We may modify, suspend, or withdraw promotions where permitted by law.
